Saint Mary's Health Plans understands the challenges in finding time to obtain the recommended screenings. To best help you manage your diabetes; Saint Mary's has implemented monthly testing in one convenient location to help keep you on track. If you've been diagnosed with diabetes and have not had your annual testing, call us to today for an appointment.

All testing results are provided to both the participant and the participant's primary care provider.

Cost is free of charge to members of Saint Mary's HealthFirst (HMO) or Health Choice (PPO) as needed throughout the year.
