Saint Mary's developed its Health Plans Division in 1993 to provide managed care services with Saint Mary's HealthFirst, a health maintenance organization (HMO) Saint Mary's Preferred Health Care Network (PHCN), a preferred provider organization (PPO) and Saint Mary's Health Choice, a fully insured PPO product.
