At Saint Mary’s Health Plans we believe that all of our members should receive appropriate, quality, cost-effective healthcare, and we are committed to maintaining our tradition of excellence and the highest standards of medical care delivered at the most affordable price.

We now offer variety of HMO plan designs that can meet the healthcare needs of your company and your budget. We understand the importance in providing you with the necessary healthcare features that ultimately will best serve your family of employees. Among these features are comprehensive plans with low copayments, easy-to-understand benefits, a qualified network of physicians and friendly service.

We’ve got you covered

Saint Mary’s Health Plans has a variety of HMO plans with low out-of-pocket expenses and no lifetime maximum for medical services. Products are comprehensive medical and hospital insurance plans with various plan combinations for you and your employees. Members choose a primary care physician (PCP) who helps coordinate their healthcare, including specialty care if needed.

Healthy benefits are our standard

At Saint Mary’s Health Plans we focus on preventive healthcare by providing members with benefits designed to help them stay healthy and identify potential health risks early. It’s our goal to make it easy for your employees to get the care they need. Standard benefits included in an HMO plan:

  • Routine physical examinations
  • Pre- and post-natal care
  • Well-baby and well-child care, including Saint Mary's Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby Program, a comprehensive obstetrics wellness program
  • Baseline mammogram plus annual mammography exams
  • Annual gynecological examinations for women, without a referral from their PCP
  • Mental health crisis evaluation and intervention services
  • Low-cost programs from Saint Mary's Health & Wellness
Plus, with our streamlined referral process PCPs arrange and approve necessary referrals to specialists or other providers within the Saint Mary's network. Our physicians are the key to ensuring quality care for your employees and excellent value to your organization.

Statewide network & worldwide coverage

Our HMO network offers your employees access to some of the highest quality providers and hospitals in Nevada, including St. Rose Dominican Hospitals in southern Nevada and Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in northern Nevada, the region’s leaders in patient-care quality, according to HealthInsight (www.healthinsight.org).

Regardless of their location, your employees will be covered during a medical emergency. It's as simple as that. For members away from the Saint Mary's service area our worldwide coverage includes emergency room and urgent care treatment and emergency hospitalization for an unexpected acute illness or serious injury.
