Saint Mary’s Healthy Lifestyle Programs are classes for those desiring to make everyday changes that will positively impact health and quality of life. Classes are available to HealthFirst and Health Choice members for a modest copay, (includes Saint Mary’s employees and volunteers), and to community participants for a community fee. Saint Mary’s Health Management programs are available to help all members remain their healthiest throughout the lifespan, whether expecting a baby, or living with a chronic illness.
