How can I become a broker with your company?

You can become a Saint Mary's HealthFirst broker by possessing an active Nevada Life Agent License, sell a group with Saint Mary's HealthFirst or obtain the broker of record from an existing Saint Mary's HealthFirst account. Brokers and agents need to be appointed by SMHP and should first complete the Saint Mary's HealthFirst broker kit or from your Saint Mary's HealthFirst representative. Brokers should also provide Saint Mary's HealthFirst with a current copy of their Life Agent license and proof of their E&O coverage.

Can I have my commission deposited directly to my bank account?

Unfortunately, this service is not available at this time.


Who is my Client Service Representative?

The Client Service Representative is the main point of contact for inquiries about existing book of business regarding open enrollment, plan offerings, provider directories, etc. Client Service Representatives are organized by Business Unit to help insure quick response and service. It is the responsibility of the Client Service Representative to establish and maintain a service relationship with any broker for existing book of business. If you are a broker and not sure who your Client Service Repesentative is please call the Sales Department at 775-770-6065 and you will be forwarded to your Client Service Representative.



Who must be notified of a change of address or other administrative change?

Your Client Service Representative must be notified in writing by you the broker when any administrative changes are made. This will ensure proper correspondence delivery and commission. You many do this by either faxing your new information to (775) 770-6454 or emailing or contacting your Sales Representative directly.
