arrangement for members to receive discounted health insurance premiums. Here is a list of the benefits you
may receive as a member or group in one of our partnered Associations.
- Up to 6% discounted HMO and POS benefit plans to member groups within the Saint Mary's HealthFirst service area
(age-rated for groups with 10 or fewer employees).
- Access to a wide variety of discounted PPO offerings through Saint Mary's HealthChoice (starting January 1, 2004).
- Section 125 Premium Only Plan (POP) documents.
- Access to group rates for COBRA administration.
- Community and Corporate Health and Wellness low cost services such as: on site health fairs (for groups of 20 or
more), flu shot clinics, immunizations, discounted massage therapy, and breast pump rental and sales, American Heart
Association CPR and First Aid classes, and Company Assisted Program for establishing policies for a drug and
alcohol-free work place.

- Free annual flu shot
- Discounted massage therapy through Saint Mary's Community Wellness Center
- Members starting or expanding their family have access to Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby, a comprehensive obstetric program that includes access to breast pump rental and sales
- Free Pediatric CPR class for expecting or new parents if you have had a baby in the past 12 months and participated in the Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby program
- Four (4) free Happy Feet visits per year for diagnosed diabetics
- $25 co-pay for any one of the following programs: Smoking Cessation, Weigh to Go!, Cholesterol Reduction and Healthy Heart and Fitness Assessment

- Access to a variety of Saint Mary's award winning inpatient and outpatient services.
- Some of Saint Mary's services include: Saint Mary's Risk Reduction Center, Diabetes Wellness Center, Maternal Child services, Galena Urgent Care and Surgery Center, Hospice services and Cancer Support Groups.
