Live Healthy, Live Well is a unique approach to wellness that assesses the health of the entire member population – focusing on both the good and the not-so-good habits of Saint Mary’s Health Plans members.
Our new web-based employer incentive program through Live Healthy, Live Well rewards employees for healthy behaviors throughout the year.
Employees earn points for becoming involved in wellness activities like taking the Well-Being Assessment, participating in biometric screenings, tracking exercise and food intake and health coaching. Once employees reach the maximum number of wellness points, they then qualify for their employer’s incentive reward.
