For Specialty Pharmacy care, Saint Mary’s Health Plans partners with Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy
, the largest independent specialty pharmacy in the nation that has been serving patients for more than 35 years. Specialty pharmacy patients are encouraged to call 877.977.9118.
NEW! As of May 1, 2012, the Saint Mary’s Health Plans Pharmacy by Mail program is now administered through Catalyst Mail. For questions about the program, please contact Catalyst Rx Member Services at 866.358.9534.

Member-specific lab services information is located on the front of personal Saint Mary’s Health Plans member ID cards. In situations where both Quest and LabCorp are accepted lab facilities, the Quest logo will be used to signify the less expensive copay tier.
