Although major provisions of the federal health care reform bill set forth under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) will not be fully implemented until 2014, certain changes are currently in progress. The information shared here shows the position that SMHP has taken, and offers insight into the direction that we will take as we conform to the regulations set forth under PPACA.
